Hi, my name is Alice :)

I am an illustrator and maker based in Cornwall. I graduated from Falmouth university in 2020 with a Ba (Hons) Degree in Illustration.

I have a passion for creating curious and playful pieces that embody a childlike way of looking at the world. My work can feature anything from day to day life to fantasy worlds, always with whimsical characters and hopefully a comforting message at the end of it all. I love to draw nature, food and animals of all kinds, especially the silly little fluffy ones.

My work is mainly digital, my iPad is my best friend, though I still love to get all of my traditional supplies out to keep those skills alive in my other best friend my sketchbook! Everything is hand drawn first before being finished digitally. I find playing around with different mediums definitely inspires boldness and experimentation in my digital work

When I'm not drawing you'll find me curled up somewhere playing cosy games (any Stardew fans in the audience?), growing my collection of houseplants, in a bookshop or out for a walk (preferably with a picnic).

I would love to pursue more projects in the children's book publishing realm or where children are the main audience.
